Mr. Shockley is a native of Idaho. He was raised in Twin Falls in an agricultural family. After receiving his Juris Doctorate, he became an associate with Hall, Friedly & Ward, where he also worked as a Mountain Home Deputy City Attorney.

In 2000, Mr. Shockley joined Sasser & Inglis and his practice currently concentrates on insurance defense; family law, pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, child custody, visitation and child support; guardianship & conservatorship; estate planning, wills, trusts & probate; business organizations.

Mr. Shockley is currently a member of the American Inn of Court No. 130. 

His interests include agriculture, reading, golf, church activities, and spending time with his wife and two children.
