Mr. Sasser began his legal career as a deputy prosecuting attorney with the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Following a general practice in a Boise law firm for several years, Mr. Sasser established the firm of Hamlin & Sasser, P.A. in 1982. The firm became Sasser & Inglis, P.C. in 2001. 

Mr. Sasser's practice concentrates on litigation with a special emphasis on insurance disputes, bad faith, personal injury, product liability actions, as well as environmental law, employment law, and commercial litigation. In addition, Mr. Sasser is a skilled mediator of civil disputes. 

Mr. Sasser is a member of the American Bar Association, Idaho State Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Idaho Association of Defense Counsel, Trial Lawyers Association, and American Inn of Court No. 130. Mr. Sasser is a past member of the Idaho Law Review and authored "Journalistic Privilege," Idaho Law Review, Spring, 1974. 

Mr. Sasser is active in civic and church organizations and has served in various leadership positions in these organizations for many years.
