While in law school, Mr. Hart was a member of the Pi Delta Pi and International Legal Fraternity. Mr. Hart began his legal career in Phoenix, Arizona, where he practicied commercial and civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction law. Mr. Hart has successfully represented developers, architects, and homeowners in mediation, arbitration, trial, and at the appeals level. 

In 2004, Mr. Hart moved to Boise, Idaho, to join the firm of Sasser & Inglis, PC. Mr. Hart's practice areas include construction litigation, insurance law, and commercial and civil litigation. 
 
Mr. Hart is involved in various sections of the community, including School Board Member, HOA Vice-President, Cub Scout and Boy Scout Leader, Relay for Life-American Cancer Society Volunteer. He volunteers at a local elementary school and has participated in various civic and religious organizations.
 
Mr. Hart and his family enjoy Idaho in a variety of ways including kayaking, white water rafting, hiking, camping, and skiing. In his spare time, Mr. Hart and his wife spend their time going to their children's soccer and basketball games, gymnastics practices, and school activities.
